Queen of the South Sea

Saw this the other night...great movie...Will reminded me again why I so loved him...this guy can bring a movie to the hights...even when it includes showing him in a scene all swollen and ugly...he still ends up cute and funny...you should watch this.

I dreamed last night...I was with the one I love...suddenly I saw this gigantic yellow snake...who was devouring everything in its path...especially the things that resemble cats...I then saw my childhood friend...she was sitting in front of the snake, her face looked like a kitten, I felt so afraid for my friend, I knew the snake will eat her...so I gave her my scarf to cover her face...but the snake still ate her...the I saw myself running for dear life...the snake was after the owner of the scarf...then I was trapped...the snake was facing me...I was even more terrified...but it didn't eat me...because of something I did for her...yes, it was she...I woke up...I couldn't understand what that dream meant...what I did for that yellow snake for me to be spared...I'm still afraid.

When I was a child I saw this latenight movie on the TV having the same title of my blog. I was so engrosed with this film I can even remeber how Emma looked like. But aside from the story what made me watched that movie was the fact that it bore my mother's name. Emma... my favorite name...

And as fate would have it, I'm now living the the "Queen City of the South"...Cebu City, where all your fantasies and dreams can come true...well, at least for me. No, I don't have any wild fantasies nor very ambitious dreams...but I do have them and this land has given me the freedom and the open doors to pursue those dreams and live those fantasies...
